Sorry you are having such a hard time. Most of us dont take the addiction seriously until we have seriously bottomed out and have no other option. I dont know where you are financially or in life. I have found it helpfull to set weekly milestones, daily is not enough. Try setting yourself a one week benchmark, then a second and a third … Just a thought that has worked for me. I know that no-body could do it for me, but me, and im a year out now and not going back. Hope this helps, everybody is different, dream big, set bigger milestones and dont look back at your failures.
