      Well 2010 is nearly behind us and it’s time to look forward to 2011 – not something that it always easy when life is full of trials and worries and when the future can seem a bit bleak. But tonight I am feeling optomistic for a brighter happier future for all of us here on F&F – we have the power to change our future, to shape our future and to be happy in our own right. We all deserve that happiness and peace and I believe that it can and will be ours – maybe the future we will have is not the one we expected or planned for but it can be happy and for that I am grateful.
      So I would like to wish my friends on GT a wonderful 2011 and I hope and pray we will all become that bit nearer to the future we deserve free of the effects of gambling – instead a future full of peace and love and hope. Thank you all so much for the support you’ve shown me in the last 2 months, especially dearest Velvet – without you all I’m sure I’d be in a very diffferent and much darker place right now.
      So here’s to you all and to 2011 – lets make it a good one! 🙂

      Many years later and the challenges remain. In so many ways further forward but in so many just the same. I think of you all often and hope we are all finding ourselves that bit nearer to the peace of mind we all deserve. Much love LB xx

      Dear LB
      What mixed feeling I had when I saw your post, happiness to hear from you again and sadness to see that your way has not been as clear as we had hoped in 2010 – good grief was it really that long ago!!!???
      The groups are still running; it would be great to catch up again in real time. Your eldest must be a young teenager by now and as for the dancing baby I can only imagine what she is doing, life must be pretty hectic for you.
      Anyway I hope to hear more, a taster is nowhere near enough. Please post again and/or pop in to a group they run on Tuesday and Thursday evenings 10 – 11 pm.
