Im only nineteen and i need to stop gambling and take responsibility for the problem i have made for me and my family to cope with.smiling and talking seems to work a lot around family and friends but being alone is the worst thing.i feel as though i have to make up for all that i have missed out on and the way that i havent taken any effort to build any relationships.

Hi – I think you’re making the first move to trying to sort out things by getting in touch with Gordon House.
I think it’s probably true (only my view) about most compulsions, drinking, ***** and gambling that you have to accept you have the problem in the first place.
      Take care

Is anyone else finding that the forum is helping to make them feel less cut off?
