I was talking with charles today in group and I said something that I thought I should post here. I was saying how I have not given my passing thoughts of gambling on the free slots any merit. I said that all they do is keep my endorphins up and leaves my brain in a gambling mode. That is not good for me. So I pay them no mind anymore and let them pass right on by. Have not bet on anything since my last slip in may when I actually went to a casino I was not banned from. That is partly because of my not giving into my passing thoughts of gambling.

Hello friend As you are here you can use names to remind yourself of a better place your mind needs to be. Yes gambling is horrible it destroys lives it is a satan tool call it what you may but lets choose positive and uplifting words to move forward from this moment on
