Hello just came to say hello ,thought of this site tonight ,i guess i needed a friend .
Just wanna say the next time you think about going gambling ,just remember you are never gambling alone, you take with you your home, car, kids future, your health, your familys health ,and when your finished gambling it hopefully will still be there waiting for you ,but i can speak from experience it doesnt wait forever.
When this addiction takes it,It keeps it!
And when its through with you it just moves on,maybe to another family member, your boss, your friend ,its not picky.
Okay going back to the rock i crawled out from under .
Hope everyone enjoyed the summer,it always seems to make things a little better when the sun is shinning ,well at least i think so.
Fall is my favorite time of year looking forwards to it.night

Hi (((Lorraine)))! It’s Carole but under a new name. It’s so nice to reconnect with you. It sounds like you’re struggling with gambling. I know that you have been under a lot of stress for years, with your husband’s diagnosis and subsequent placement, as well as financial stress due to compulsive gambling. And that you live with other cgs. Did you ever renew your self-exclusion when it expired? Keep reaching out for support from people that care about you on this site and the other site you frequent. Every single day that you don’t gamble is a victory. This is a nasty addiction and it will ***** everything it can from us. Not only financially but emotionally, psychologically, and spiritually. I believe that God always had his hand on me, even when I was compulsively gambling, waiting to lead me out of the dark place I was in. I believe He has his hand on your life as well Lorraine. Keep reaching out! The red convertible down the Oregon Coast is within your grasp some day. Carole

Dear (((Lorraine)))! We haven’t heard from you for a very long time, but I still think of you, and wonder how you are. I tried to get on the safe harbour site to see if I could reconnect with you, but my computer will not allow me in. I hope you have a blessed Christmas and that you are still working on your recovery. Carole
