Today I close ten days without gambling and I am still fine. I consider the most difficult period to be in the month or in the quarter then I feel the strong desire to play gambling since anyway I was never a daily player I could do 5 and 7 days to play. Many times in the past, while I had stopped gambling, three months had passed without playing and I said let me play for 50 euros, since I can check it anyway, then I realized that this was wrong since I was sticking and playing again without stopping and after I lost everything.
