Few years back….
Asking if a CG can be a controlled gambler…
I’m beginning to believe
That
I’ll always have to be “on alert”
For thoughts about gambling when
I’m angry/ upset at someone …..
Sometimes my thoughts
Come even when I’m happy
And there’s nothing wrong ….
And when I have fallen and relapsed,
It’s done me no good
And I’ve lost more money and my sobriety 😩
