Rising: thanks for checking in-
I tested myself for COVID yesterday..
Negative –
But I slept most of the day(no gambling!)

And took the day off work…
Today I’m feeling better – still not at work;
But
I’m refusing all gambling hits as toxic
And hope to keep this up for the rest
Of the day…
Maybe I’ll do some puzzles
And watch baseball to direct my feelings/urges
To a better place 🙂
