Thank you for checking on me recently.

Receiving support, strength and hope from others in the same village are very helpful in giving me the courage I need to pick myself up quickly and carry on with life.

The real serious and important stuff you mentioned in recovery was on emotional dysregulation.
I will be posting on them next.
