I found my thread back. After these years it was on and off for me with gambling but finally since september 2023 I have not spend any money at the casino’s.

My first post was 9 years ago, it just proofs how hard this addiction is. I hope someone reading this will benefit from it when I say: STOP RIGHT NOW, in the end casinos will always win and if you win, they will find a way to make you lose anyway.
