In my past
I was carrying all the weight on my own.
I trust myself more than I trust God.
I did not trust God, I rejected God.
I did not let go of the steering wheel to God,
I did not want to let God to take control of my steering wheel.

Now
I learn to trust God, I learn to let God help me in my recovery.
I learn to depend on God in my recovery
