Good day craig continue to be encourage. Stay positive and be aware of your thoughts at this time. Mindfulness is the key to keeping those urges at bay. As once as we observe our mental thinking and look at each thoughts we gonna get our lives back. Of course by living in the moment and enjoying our lives in the now gives us our strenght.
