first of all no one or no thing can devalue 5 year and 3 months gamble free time. I wish I could the same and you should be very proud of that amazing accomplishment.
You just slipped and perhaps got complacent , and that could happen to anyone of us. So time to get past this and look into another plan of attack to regain your ability to return to life without gambling. It is a little blip and nothing more Laura, try not to let it become bigger that that ok. Nice to see all of us reaching out and showing such love and support to each other.
