Hi Jen ,
Thank you for your support on my thread – you definitely don’t want to mess around with your heart – you needed to have those tests done.

I have a full week gamble free – it sound so little but seems huge to me. I am trying to stay away from “support” .
I feel too much talking about it all keeps the addiction too alive .
Having said that I want to keep up with my friends on here – so I think it’s about balance .
