Read the otehr threads here and you will see many stories simialr to your own, you will also see the success stories, what re they doing that you can apply to your own situation?
Friday is when you usually gamble? Great, now use that knowledge. Plan your Fridays, fill your time and have your barriers particularly high on that day. When on a Friday? After work? Lunchtime? If that is the case then have no access to money on you when you set out for work in the morning.
