After our choco discussion the other night I went shopping and bought a chocolate bar (mint crisp), and a packet of chocolate biscuits. So much for the diet. And can I say – of little importance though it is with all the big stuff happening around you, your encouragement to me to self-exclude has been a life-changing thing for me.
