Hi Kathryn, Your post put to words what many of us feel about this forum and the friendships we have made here. I know that without this forum i would still be gambling. It has changed my whole way of thinking. I feel the same way about thinking about the gambling. Most days now it doesn’t enter my mind. And when it does, I just think of other more impiortant things and the urges quietly leave. Thank you for your posts on my threads. You know every posts helps in different ways.
