You mention that you have a lot of rabbits. There once was a guy here in the States that had the same problem with turkeys until he started our Thanksgiving Day and started serving the now traditional turkey feast. Maybe you could start a similar Australian celebration, but with bunnies — if Austria ever had a TGD holiday, it would let the ‘roos breath easy for that day just like the cows do here.
