Iv’e been working out my shift pattern because i work a 5 week rota which never changes i am currently filling the gaps in when i have time to myself . I think structure is something i need in my life and filling the gaps in will help towards that. Went for my paper this morning and came home and threw the sports supplement straight into the re-cycle bin. “Hey diddle di do , the re-cycle bin for you” 🙂 M.
