    Will anyone be around for 11.30 group?
    Struggling today and the helpline is busy

    So I requested someone to talk to on group at 11.30 but I have changed my mind. I will not be on. After talking to someone on helpline I have decided to pull myself together and take the kids out for a walk.

    I will not gamble!
