Hi all! Just an update because I haven’t been on here in awhile. Still plugging along with a couple of motivational apps and resources plus therapy, and today will be 6 MONTHS GAMBLING FREE! I’m so much happier and less stressed all the time, and I’ve saved like 5-7K (some of that has gone towards debt but at least I’ve made a significant dent in that). I hope everyone else is doing well on your own journeys, whether it’s 6 days or 6 years! Hang in there!
