Hi all I have been gambling for most of my adult life (nearly 20 years).I finally realised that I had an addiction/problem with gambling a few years ago and sort help. Always took the option of burying my head in the sand and hoping it would all go away.
I am now on a slow road to recovery and hope to get support and offer help/opinion to others on this site.Every journey starts with the smallest of steps.
