The F&F group is now on Thursdays between 20.00-21.00 UIK time. 

Please enter by clicking on the ‘Helpline’ and scrolling down to the group because at the moment it is only vaguely visible when you click on ‘Support Groups’.  

Groups are great and for those who have not tried them, it is worth dropping in to off-load, share and hopefully to leave lighter in your heart – nothing said in the group appears on the forums.   They take place in real time so it is more like sitting together rather than having cyber miles between us.

There is always a welcome and there is always understanding – I hope to ‘meet’ you there.
