I ruined my life I started gambling in the age of 23yrs until now am 28 I need help to quite for good I destroy my relationship n family bonding sometimes I stop for a month or 2 then relasp and it’s getting hard day by day am a professional nurse but I also keep borrowing money I need help

Some days when I gamble Instead of withdraw I chase the lost of previous but end up losing all. How to train the mind not to go back because I keep thinking this time will win . It make u win at first den end up losing
