Gambling is worst thing I have ever seen in my life. For last 3 years I was gambling through my phone either sports or slot machine or online casinos… Every money I get I deposit to my phone and play slowly , sometimes I win but withdrawing after win is disaster, every time I say let me see whether I still have luck and after some hours you lose all money…for me I bad gambler because whenever I win I can’t withdraw as if I have demons on hands .big loser,big regrets, I can stay any money with pocket or phone … thinking of how to double and how to win big but at the end I lose…day by day for almost 3 years…. worst part of me is I have accumulated huge loan and bad credit.
Today after lost my final casino bet .I decided to look for help and see whether I can get advice from gambling therapy .and how to overcome this monster….I have wasted all my energy in gambling, lost relationship,lost social life and but am still active in my work.God should help me. -

First my apologies – it really shouldn’t have taken this long to authorise your post.
Read the otehr stories here, you will r4ead a lot that you will realte to. You will also see the success stories – what are they doing that you can apply to your own situation?You will see that barriers can help – get yourself banned from your localcasinos. Ask your usual online sites to exclude you.
There are also blockers that will stop you signing up at others.
Keep posting here and maybe I wioll see you in onme of the groups soon as well where i can give you some more suggestions as to steps you can take.
One day at a time we can all choose to not gamble.

Hola buenas yo también he decido cambiar mi vida ya que así ya no puedo seguir, yevo más de 10 años apostando y ya va siendo hora de volver a la vida que tenía antes ya que si sigo así acabaré perdiendo todo lo que tengo y viéndome solo, asik hoy empiezo a poner remedio a esto se que será un camino muy difícil pero estoy segurisimo de que lo lograre
Hello good, I have also decided to change my life since I can no longer continue like this, I have been betting for more than 10 years and it is time to return to the life I had before because if I continue like this I will end up losing everything I have and finding myself alone So, today I start to remedy this, I know it will be a very difficult path, but I am very sure that I will achieve it.
