If you click on “Support Groups” you will see the full schedule. the “Open Groups” are unmoderated so, as you may have found, there is not always anyone else there to talk to. However, all the other type of groups have a facilitator so you will always find someone to talk to there.

You also have support available to you in the Forums. If you start your own thread in the My Journal Forum then you will get a lot of feedback and response there.
