Today I have finally decided to give up gambling , it’s been a problem for me for years and if I’m looking to have any sort of future I really have to stop . I owe around 7 thousand pounds because of this disease I have ( disease is a pretty strong word but I feel that’s exactly what it is ) and can’t keep on just throwing money away like this . I work in the gambling industry so I really should know better !! . It’s gonna be tough but I really need to do this , all my friends like a punt but no where near my level ! . I would appreciate any advice that will help me to give up my addiction . Thankyou
