I have been gambling on slot machines since 2004. I am concerned that it has become an addiction that must stop. Unfortunately, knowing that this must be done and actually sticking to it are different things, and very difficult for me. I signed up on this website to share my experience with others and maybe get some insight as to the reasons that this is so hard to overcome.one day at a time
