I really wish to stop betting in my life…. Cos it has really messed up my life so much that I can even imagined…. Am in so much debt that I will repay in the name of God this year ….more than ****** lose to gamble

So, share as much or as little as you like but do try to stick to keeping just one thread in this forum, so people know where to find you if they want to be updated on your progress or share something with you.
As well as the forums New Members are invited to join Charles in the New Members Practical Advice Group on Mondays at 21:00 (UK) and Thursday at 19:00(UK)

Hi Seunzee,
What can you do? That’s a good sign, because DOING is a lot more effective than words, promises, even intentions. Well you can exclude from that site, you can get a blocker which will make it harder to sign up to other siters. You lost that amount of money because you had access to that amount of money – what things can you put in place to limit that access? What forms of accountability?
Keep posting here, hopefully we can talk in a group here soon as well.
