Hello

Thanks for taking the time to take a look at some of the wonderful poetry the people using our site have written over the years.  There’s some well written and emotive stuff here!  Feel free to comment on the post of someone else if it resonates with you, or if you’re feeling brave why not have a go yourself? 

Poetry is a wonderful way of expressing ourselves and it’s a very personal view of our inner world we’re sharing when we add a thread to this forum.  You don’t have to be a poet laureate to post here, just express what you’re feeling in a genuine, heartfelt way and you might be surprised to learn how much others can relate to what you’re saying.

The only rules here are that you need to be kind to others and not criticise them for the way they feel or express themselves and any poetry you post MUST be your own.  Otherwise we’ll end up with a hundred different versions of the serenity prayer and not a lot of original material 🙂
