I am quite shocked ready this forum, alot of people seem to have won large amounts of money?? They may have gambled it back, and lost more in the process. I have only ever won the max £800.00 in the past 4 years and have gambling debts of £77,000, so I think it is quite sage to say. I AM A LOSER !!!!!!If you think you will lose, then you will!!If you think you will win, then you won’tNo matter what you will ALWAYS lose!!!

Hi Hilary, You are exactly right. You always lose, sooner or later. I have been on and off this site for a couple of months now. When I make a point of visiting, it is easier to stay away from the casinos. When I don’t, catasrophe happens. I am making actually an attempt to save my life by coming on regularly, not just now and then. I know it will help you also. When you get the urge, sign on and read a few posts, it will make it easier. Dave

Hi Hilary and welcome to the forum. As you say it doesnt matter how much anyone might have won – the addiction just takes it all back. As you have been reading the other stories here you will also have seen the success stories – what are they doing that yoiu can apply to your own situation? Get banned from local bookies, bingo hall etc? Get to GA meetings? Make yourself accountable for your finaces so you CANT gamble? Keep posting and I look forward to hearing the positive steps you are taking.
