As some of you may know, the groups on here are finishing soon.
I would like to thank all the contributors to the groups, but in particular to Charles, who offered me vital support and advice that was really useful and that was much needed in the early days of my recovery.
I hope to go on and continue in my recovery with the advice given, taking things day by day, using support, keeping my journal going and most importantly filling my gamble free time with enjoyable activities!
I had a little chat with Charles earlier this evening, he has been helping others for an amazing 17 years!
Many, many thanks for all your words of wisdom and dedication.
