I’m not religious but i heard somethign this morning that made me smile.
Why do we expect a perfect Christmas?
The first Christmas a couple were away from home. They had nearly had a divorce because the mans wife was having a baby that wasn’t his. Then there was some mix up with his hotel booking and they didn’t have anywhere to stay!
All they could find was a grotty old stable, must still have been cold though. Then just as they were having a baby, the most intimate thing a couple can do really, a load of strangers turn up. Worse still some of them bring sheep!
Mind you it could have been worse – they could have been gambling! 😉
