Not sure how this works.  Have tried to stop gambling myself to no avail so hoping this will help but going to take me a wee while to work out how this might help.  Always liked gambling and probably would never have been a problem but for online gambling – way too easy, the money doesn’t seem real.  My dad was a gambler and I remember he lost all the family savings at one point and my mum took over finances at that point.  He kept gambling but within reason.  I did ok at first, enjoyed it didn’t win too much or lose too much.  Probably worst thing was winning actually, you think you are going to keep winning and then you chase the losses.  Anyway away to go and have a wee browse.
