Wishing you my ‘friends’ here in My Journal a peaceful day – For those that are in true recovery, well done for combatting such an all encompassing addiction and being able to control it day by day xx For those of you who are struggling, I wish you continued strength and determination to succeed in your quest. For those reading for the first time on this Christmas Day, know that this addiction can be controlled but ultimately it is down to YOU.
