Well done on looking for support.

You can stop I promise you.

If you click on Support Groups at the top you will see the group schedule. You can talk live to other compulsive gamblers there. If you take a look at the My Journal Forum you will red a lot there that you will relate to. You are not alone with this problem.

There is a lot of support out thrre – pop into one of the groups later and I can point you in the direction of some of it. 🙂
