For those of you who I sometimes see in my Drop In groups I am just letting you know I’m off to sunnier climes next week.  My usual groups have been cancelled.  Of course my colleagues will be running groups at other times and the Forums are, as ever, available for support 24/7

 

I am back on Monday 21st July when my usual groups will recommence.

 

Holidays are actually a big part of my own recovery – they really highlight the difference between then and now.  Then I thought I needed to win a jackpot to have a nice holiday, now i know that all I had to do was stop gambling 🙂
