Since I missed my usual meeting here on thursday with charles I am going to try a zoom meeting that starts soon. I have not bought any lottery tickets or been playing any slots this week. i am doing well with that. Posting here to remind me that i can do this just one day at a time.

Well done SJ, both on your gamble free time and on getting to zoom when you couldn’t get to the group here. We are lucky these days, support has never been more accessible. How was it?

In answer to your question charles, I found it interesting. We ended with the serenity prayer and it as an hour long. I plan on trying to make thursday with you but if i cannot i shall join a group again.
