What a great feeling starting the week off not feeling the stress of losing money at the casino over the weekend! One day at a time gamble free!
This weekend was very hard! First weekend gamble free but was able to do it! I feel great and know that this is a small step in the right direction! One day at a time! Life has more to offer than the casino and cards! I know one day I will wake up and not think about it. Best of luck to all!
Congrats to all for their accomplishment! I’m a week in and hope I can make it thru the weekend! I seem to struggle when the free time and alcohol is involved on the weekend! One day at a time and support from people that have the same problem make it easier! Thanks and good luck!
Another day without gambling and it feels great! I find comfort in waking up each morning and reading others post about how their gamble free for another day! One day at a time!

Bullet, I feel your pain! I’m new to the site and hope communicating with others with the same problem will help me overcome this huge obstacle! My fiancé has no clue about my addiction and at this current time I’m trying to get help on my own. I wish you best of luck and know we can bet this!
