Haven’t had the urge to gamble since my last binge 7 days ago. I don’t feel like I can move forward until I fix the financial damages caused by my last binge. I’ve run out of resources to cover my loss and feels stuck. Just want to crawl into a cave and hide. My first gambling addiction counseling appt is tomorrow. Hope this can help me figure out my triggers and how to stop it. Feeling somewhat helpless at the moment…
