Our life changes every moment but urology therapist that is the course of time and phase that everyone has to face on this journey. The first answer to this question is we left the actual quality of behind while running toward virtual future, we started relying on mobiles and computers but stopped using our own brain as an alarm which is being used since thousand years. We stopped playing on the ground and instead we just reach stadiums to cheer other players or we enjoy playing on play station with a child beer. There are millions of reasons we can find out but now we must need that one reason to bring back our quality of life and prevent it from losing. How? The first solution to this is to ask yourself what was your favorite past time when you were a kid or a teenage guy. Start doing those things which make you happy and try to find out happiness with other people not just in Smartphone or computer. “Money is important but it’s not everything”, so earning money is good and required but try to spend time with your family or for yourself. Running behind money 24*7 makes you nothing but the machine like ATM which is the first reason of mental health deprivation. Everyone has become a health conscious and some behave like fitness guru just by losing 2-3 pounds in a month. Food has to be eaten for taste not just for the sake of calories and energy. One might object this statement and ask then should we start eating junk food?. First, you must ask yourself why your body gained so much of weight and it is nothing because of lack of activity. Instead of compromising on everything that you just start utilizing that food for your activity and once you master this your body will be a fitness example. One last thing that helps us to maintain our health is nothing but the laughing. Try to laugh at least for 15 minutes.
