Where can I get help?

Being able to ask for and accept support is one of the keys to successfully stopping gambling.

Gambling Therapy is a global service – and as well as helping you with practical and emotional support, advisors will help you to find relevant, free gambling support near you – where this is available.

Gambling Therapy also offers support in four ways:

Support Groups

Gambling Therapy runs regular groups both for problem gamblers and for those affected by someone else’s gambling. To use the groups you will need to register with a working email address, but you can remain anonymous in the group. Check the full list of groups to find a group at a time that suits you.

Support Forums

The peer support forums are available 24/7 and provide a space for you to reach out to others. You may choose to respond to others

Email Support

Sometimes it may not be practical or possible to make use of live support, but emailing us with your questions or concerns is always an option. Gambling Therapy aims to respond to your email within 24 hours (48 hours at weekends/holidays).
