Started out just the same as you buddy back in 06 12 2019. Still free from it all. Been through alot since enjoying it one day at a time. Finding the strength necessary to stay alive with a healthy mental status. This addiction really messes with ur mental man. You know it. It’s been so long. You are aware of the energy and vibes it contain. Continue to focus now on this present moment being aware of all that is is now. Staying in the present moment is all there is.
