Thought the forum was going to come back easier to use and maybe try to get more people posting as this forum is very quiet at the best of times. But now the new forum seems quieter and more complicated. And lots of posts have been erased. Feel this whole change over has been badly managed

I thought it was just me. The old site was very user friendly.you could immediately find your way through it. Also the colour and background were good. I think this site is probably a work in progress. I’m sure it cost a lot to change it and I really can’t see anyone pumping charitable donations to make a site worse. It’s only us gamblers that pump our money into sites for no return . LOL give it time . It probably just ***** some adjustments to bring it up to the standard of the old site. I’m sure all our feedback will be helpful.

Yep your right sad68 its a work in progress hopfully itl be a better forum in the long run. I find the background to white but im sure il get use to it. I maybe should of gave it more time to get used to it.

I thought all of the sections of the site were transitioned well, and look a lot better. All except for the Forum. I wish they had thought this one through a bit more. We can no longer link to our own journals, except through a drawn out search by post date or topic. Yes, and some of our posts disappeared, so we haven’t seen much activity lately, which is a shame. I really enjoy reading everyone’s posts.

Hi everyone, thanks for your comments. We’re really excited to be launching this brand new site, there are a lot of improvements already, there are less connection lags, the site is more up to date and we think that the design is a lot more simple and peaceful than our old red and orange design! 🙂

We have technical problems due to it being a new site, which we are working on right now, and also have had problems bringing the old posts because the old site didn’t store all of the posts in a consistent way.

If you have any more specific feedback please feel free to let us know, we want this site to be as helpful to you as possible.
