2.3     For the purpose of the Data Protection Act 1998 (the "Act"), the data controller is Gordon Moody Association company limited by guarantee registered in England under                          06302768, whose registered address is 47 Maughan Street, Dudley, West Midlands, DY1 2BA, UK.

Our nominated representative for the purpose of the Act is the Chief Executive. 

3, Scope – What Does This Policy Cover?

This Privacy Policy applies only to your use of Our Site. It does not extend to any websites that are linked to from Our Site (whether we provide those links or whether they are shared by other users).
